Our app only works for Shopify Stores however we can connect to any platform you have using ShipStation. We also accept CSV or XLS order files too.
We do not. This is down to your customer to pay charges for the parcel if it is needed. Most countries do not charge but on the rare occasion they do stop them then it is down to your customer.

We only use priority shipping methods. This is to ensure your items get to your customers as fast as possible. The speed of shipping to customers is always being improved but we regularly see Europe at around 6-10 days and USA from 5 days.

We are here to ensure you get the best so what we do if we find the product is inferior we either recommend a better alternative or refuse the product from entering our system.
