How quickly will I receive my sourcing quote?
Standard turnaround is 48 business hours. Growth plan members receive 24hr priority service. Pro plan members receive same-day quotes.
What if I don’t like any of the sourcing options?
No problem — there’s no obligation to proceed. You can request a revised search with adjusted criteria at no extra cost.
Can I order samples before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. Sample ordering is available on Growth and Pro plans. Sample costs are deducted from your first bulk order when you proceed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We fulfil to the UK, EU, and select international markets. Lead times vary by destination — we include shipping estimates in every quote.
