Tracking your order

If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from Saul’s account.
Step 1 – Go to my orders.

Step 2 – Click on the order you want to track.

Step 3 – Click on details.

You can also check the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.

Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).

The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.

Adding a payment method

To set up payment channels on your account, Select payment options from the menu bar. Click the add payment method option. Pick the options from the checklist and fill in the required details. After you’ve added the details, click save. Click done once you’ve finished. Tip: You can always come back and add or delete more options, by following the same steps. The different payment channels supported at Saul’s are – Google Pay PayPal WePay Note: We also offer cash on delivery.

Changing account details

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:

  1. Select account details from the menu bar.
  2. Click edit icon on the field you’d like to change.
  3. After you’ve added the updated details, click save changes.
  4. Click done after completing all the updates.
  5. You will receive an email from us to verify the changes.

In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button and follow the instructions there.

Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.

How to publish products to your store from DropHippo.

In this we go over how to publish products easily from the DropHippo app to your Shopify store. By doing this any sales that come in are automatically fulfilled by us and taking the headache of fulfilment over to ensure you can focus more on your marketing. 


There are 4 separate sections within the Settings Page that we will expand on below.


Here you can save your payment method and view your Account Balance and Payment History. You can even download each Payment Invoice for your Year End Accounts.


Here we show the countries that we ship to should you want to set up separate shipping zones on your store. We also show the shipping prices for each item that you are able to publish on your store.

PACKING SLIP (Coming Soon)

This is where you can turn your store into a Brand by including your very own packing slip that will be inserted in each order that we dispatch. You can upload your own logo, Store URL and Customer Support Email address and a custom message of your choice. We recommend that you put a discount code in the Add a Short Message section as this will increase your customer loyalty and customer return rate.


Within this section you can quickly edit any product or change any product names, descriptions or mark-ups to their default settings.


You can view any Notifications by clicking on the bell that appears on every page of the app

Viewing your Orders

Click on the ORDERS button to view a list of your orders. You can see at a glance the order status as this updates when the order has been paid and tracking information has been sent to your store.

You can click on any Order ID to visit the order confirmation page on your store and also click on your customers name to see their details.

How do I know what products I have published to my store?

We have made this very easy to identify what products you have published to your store. Any products that appear in greyscale are not published and any products that have been published are in color. You will also see that the slider is in color to indicate that the product has been published. In the example below you can see that the Arthritis Compression Gloves have been published but the iPhone Smart Remote Control has not.

DropHippo – Adding a product to your store

When you have found a product that you would like to publish to your store click on the EDIT button below the product image and pricing.

The product display screen will show where you can view the price of each product and variant, shipping costs and enable the product for publishing to your store. You can view the main product images by clicking on Front or Back

Choose what variants you want to publish to your store. The default is set to all variants.

Saving the product and Markup percentage prior to publishing it to your store.Simply click the SAVE PRODUCT BOX and click Save Changes on the popup

You will now see the main Products Page. Press the slider to enable the product to be published. The product will then appear in color

 Press the PUBLISH NOW button to send the product to your store

You will then see a progress indicator and confirmation screen that will confirm that the product has been published to your store.

The one place where you can view our complete list of public products with English descriptions and products that you have asked us to source for your store only. This is also where you publish products to your store.
